Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Simply Shrimp. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to request a return or exchange. We will do our best to make it right for you.
Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
